The Rapture of the Church

The Rapture of the Church

The rapture is a real event that will take place before the great 7 year tribulation (where there will be massive destruction and death during that time). The rapture (where God will take away his faithful people so they don’t endure the tribulation) is intended for those who are faithful and walk with God daily by following his commandments, having faith in Jesus Christ who died on the cross for all our sins, reading their Bible, not committing any sins, and repenting from their sins. Anybody who is in sin, does not believe in God or the bible, does not acknowledge or have faith in Jesus Christ who died on the cross for all of our sins, not walking in accordance to God’s commandments, believing in their false religions, etc will be left behind during the 7 year tribulation where they will suffer greatly. But God still gives those that are left behind during the tribulation a 2nd chance to truly be saved and go to heaven. But they must refuse to take the mark of the beast and be beheaded for their faith in Jesus Christ and for the word of God.

This is what happens to those that refuse to take the mark of the beast

Revelation 20:4 King James Version (KJV)

4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.

6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.

7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.

8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
