The Senate Judiciary Committee Currently Licensed Chairman Lindsey Graham the authority to subpoenas Obama officials about the FISA process and That the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.
The Committee voted 12-10 to approve the authorization.
Today Graham can issue subpoenas covering a number of communications, documents and testimony from witnesses, such as Sally Yates, Andrew McCabe, James Clapper, John Brennan, James Comey, along with others.

The Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday approved subpoenas for testimony and records from top Obama administration officials as part of this panel’s investigation into the origins of this Russia probe throughout the 2016 presidential election.
The committee also voted Thursday to accept a step giving wide authority to Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C. , to subpoena over 50 mostly former Obama administration officials as part of its investigation.
The subpoenas use to FBI Director James Comey, former national security advisor Susan Rice and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper along with others.
“McCabe…Comey…that their day is coming,” Graham explained.
The panel rejected a call from Democrats to subpoena those connected with President Trump or the Trump campaign. Meanwhile, the Democrats sought subpoenas for Roger Stone, Michael Cohen, George Papadopoulos and former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, Amongst Others.
