The Justice Department dropped its case against General Mike Flynn following bombshell files were published that Comey’s FBI made proved Flynn.

John Gleeson is advocating for taking a plea back Flynn be punished.
Gleeson urges that Sullivan consider the alteration of the plea be considered”in the right sentence for the false statement crime.”
Gleeson does not think Flynn has got the right.
Flynn’s”frontal assault on the integrity of the investigation” has been”deliberately obstructive” and reflects”a complete disregard for the judicial procedure.”
For controlling Flynn with a shadow prosecutor through a interview with Fox News anchor Bret Baier Judge Emmet Sullivan was blasted by US Attorney General Bill Barr on Tuesday.
Barr blasted Sullivan and said it’s up to the executive branch to prosecute, calling estimate Gleeson an”alternative prosecutor.”
“The argument is that it has always been understood that decisions whether to pursue a person through the prosecution procedure or to hold them criminally accountable is vested in the executive branch rather than the judges — and he is, in our opinion, basically hoping to put himself up as an alternative prosecutor,” said Barr.
Oral arguments at the DC Circuit Court, at the General Flynn instance, are live-streamed, and also will take place this Friday, June 12, 2020.
