A group of scientists specializing in vaccines released a paper saying they don’t believe the general public needs a COVID-19 booster shot right now. They argue the current COVID-19 vaccine supply could save more lives if used in people who are not yet vaccinated. This comes as the WHO has been calling on wealthier nations, including the United States, to pause booster shots until more of the world is vaccinated.
