Hannity and Tucker Crush NBA MLB Opening Night Ratings

Hannity and Tucker Crush NBA MLB Opening Night Ratings

Hannity and Tucker Crush NBA MLB Opening Night Ratings Breitbart reports the bad news continues for the return of pro sports: The entire Fox News lineup – and even MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow – beat the NBA and MLB opening night broadcasts.

For an overview, Fox News was the big winner when it came to average number of viewers in the month of July.

Hannity, Fox News – 4.1M
Tucker Carlson, Fox News – 4M
Ingraham Angle, Fox News – 3.4M
Rachel Maddow, MSNBC – 3.3M
The Five, Fox News – 3.3M

On July 24th, when Major League Baseball resumed its season, many thought that the long-awaited return of the nation’s pastime would bring with it rich rewards for MLB’s broadcast partners.

That turned out to be true, in a sense, but MLB still got beaten decisively by cable news programming.

Hannity and Tucker Crush NBA MLB Opening Night Ratings

As Outkick explains, “July 24, MLB returned to large ratings. But its 3.4 million average fell short of Hannity (4.3M), Carlson (4M), and Maddow (3.6); all three drew close to normal viewership. (The Five, as non-head-to-head airing, too topped MLB with 3.6M viewers.)”

Getting their lunch stolen by The Five, has to be especially displeasing to MLB. Not because The Five isn’t a great show. Though, it airs at 5 PM EST, an especially challenging time slot with lots of local TV competition and likely viewers in transit from work to home.

Things did not improve for the sports leagues a week later when the NBA made its return, it only got worse.

Hannity and Tucker Crush NBA MLB Opening Night Ratings

“Last Thursday, the NBA’s highly-discussed return also didn’t bother primetime news,” Outkick reports. “The NBA’s restart — two games — opened to 2.75 million viewers. It lost to several cable news shows that aired directly against it: Tucker Carlson Tonight, 4 million; Hannity, 3.8 million; the Ingraham Angle; 3 million, Rachel Maddow Show, 3 million. (Earlier in the day, The Five, at 3.2 million, outperformed the NBA.)”

CNBC reports the NBA average viewership on opening night to be 2.9 million. However, whether 2.75 or 2.9, the NBA not only bent the knee for the anthem, they also bent the knee to Rachel Maddow.

Many in the sports media assumed that sports fans have been starving for their sports. However, on opening night, the ratings show that cable news has more fans than either pro baseball or basketball. Indeed, Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson seem to have more fans than both leagues combined.

Baseball debuted with nearly all players and coaches kneeling in protest during the national anthem. In addition, MLB stenciled Black Lives Matter on pitcher’s mounds at every stadium during opening week.

As to the NBA, players have hit the boards wearing Black Lives Matter shirts, kneeling during the anthem, and having Black Lives Matter emblazoned on the court directly above the NBA logo.

Kayleigh Responds to Jim Acosta’s Rally Concerns With Spot-on NY Post Cover

Kayleigh McEnany holds up the front page of the New York Post showing large crowds gathering to protest after Jim Acosta criticizes the campaign for having a rallyin Tulsa.

As expected, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany was inundated with questions about President Trump‘s decision to hold a campaign rally in Tulsa, OK this Saturday. Jim Acosta, acting very concerned, noted that Oklahoma has experienced an uptick in coronavirus cases recently since the state has begun to reopen.

McEnany responded with a cover of the NY Post. On Tuesday’s front page, the Post exposed a bit of media hypocrisy. On the one hand, NBC News was concerned about Trump‘s upcoming rally and how it will draw tens of thousands of people at a time when we’re supposed to still be social distancing. On the other hand, the outlet glowingly reported on a black trans lives matter rally, which also featured thousands of participants. Why, both the Post and McEnany asked, is one okay and not the other?

After fielding what she tallied was her 10th question on campaign rallies, the press secretary instructed the press room to “exhibit that same concern” for protesters who are not social distancing and not wearing masks as they are for Trump campaign goers. Protests and riots have sprung up all over the country after the tragic Minneapolis police killing of George Floyd.

By the way, Acosta wondered, why is Trump holding a rally in the first place since it’s not in support of anything? A defiant McEnany explained that he and his supporters are rallying on behalf of the administration’s successes.

She ended the briefing and walked out by waving the NY Post cover once more, and adding, “I hope we start seeing more consistent headlines.”

Starbucks bans Gear That Supports Black Lives Matter

Starbucks bans Gear That Supports Black Lives Matter

Starbuckshas revealed that they are not allowing their employees to wear anything that promotes theBlack Lives Matter movement in accordance with their rule to ban accessories that promote “political, religious, or personal” issues.

While Starbucks has tweeted in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement, they have drawn the line at allowing their employees to promote any political movements publicly while they are working in stores.

According to an internal bulletin obtained by BuzzFeed News, employees are only permitted to wear buttons and accessories that promote Starbucks or Starbucks events, and this rule would not be changing in light of recent events.

In an interview, a Starbucks spokesperson stressed that while the company is committed to ending systemic racism, they were not prepared to lighten up the dress code in order “to create a safe and welcoming” environment for customers and staff.

“We respect all of our partners’ opinions and beliefs, and encourage them to bring their whole selves to work while adhering to our dress code policy,” the spokesperson continued.

In recent weeks, the company has pledged $1 million to organizations promoting racial equity and has partnered with Arizona State University to design anti-bias resources and training for employees.

Meanwhile, some employees feel that Starbucks’ statements feel “performative” and “shallow.” A worker in Colorado stated, “I don’t think asking for and supporting those who want basic human rights is necessarily political.”

Many employees also pointed out that the company has allowed employees to wear accessories supporting marriage equality and LGBTQ+ rights in the past.

Other employees have lauded Starbucks‘ decision to ban BLM gear, saying that in some ways, it represents an anti-police sentiment.

MEDIA ASKED TRUMP TO PARDON OBAMA FOR HIS CRIMES AGAINST AMERICA

MEDIA ASKED TRUMP TO PARDON OBAMA FOR HIS CRIMES AGAINST AMERICA

“Obamagate.”

#obamagate
OBAMA BETA!

Thank you, Kayleigh. I’d like to switch gears asking about President Obama. We had, an interesting article this morning and i would like to ask you if the President has considered pardoning President Obama for illegally wiretapping and for spying on U.S. citizens and other potential crimes out there, has he considered that?

So I have not spoken to the President about that, but who I did speak to about President Obama unmasking Michael Flynn, the men and women in this room. I haven’t spoken to him on that specific point. I have spoken to him about the matter generally and I laid out a series of questions that any good journalist would want to answer that why people were, I want to follow that. Did anyone pose any questions about Michael Flynn in the unmasking of the President Obama spokesperson?

White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany scolded reporters on Friday for its “lack of journalistic curiosity” in what the Trump administration believes to be the miscarriage of justice in the criminal case surrounding former national security advisor Michael Flynn.

CBS News Radio correspondent Steven Portnoy began his line of questioning by invoking remarksPresident Trumpmade in a recent interview where he suggested that people “should be jailed” for the “very obvious crime” that was committed against Flynn.

“You’re an attorney and the president’s spokesperson. Perhaps you could lay out the elements of this crime. What crime was committed and in what way?” Portnoy asked.

“I assume you’re referring to the Obama administration and the unmasking,” McEnany responded.

obamagate

“What the president calls ‘Obamagate,’ what is it?  What are the elements of that crime?” Portnoy clarified.

“Yeah, I’m really glad you asked because there hasn’t been a lot of journalistic curiosity on this front. And I’m very glad that you asked this question,” the press secretary told Portnoy.

McEnany first began by pointing to the “number of questions” that were raised by the “actions” the Obama administration, listing the Democratic National Committee-funded Steele dossier and its involvement in the FISA warrants that were granted to surveil former Trump campaign advisor Carter Page  \as well as the unmasking of Flynn by top Obama officials during the transition period between November 2016 and January 2017.

She then noted the Oval Office meeting that took place just days before Trump’s inauguration between President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, and acting Attorney General Sally Yates, who McEnany stressed “learned” about the unmasking from Obama and not from the Justice Department.

“We know that there was a lot of wrongdoing in the case of Michael Flynn. The FBI notes, for instance, that said, ‘Should we,’ quote, ‘get him to lie,’ as they pontificated their strategy,” McEnany continued. “We know that the identity of this three-decade general was leaked to the press — a criminal leak to the press of his identity in violation of his Fourth Amendment rights. These are very serious questions. They’ve been ignored by the media for far too long.  And I’m very glad that I think that is the second question that I have fielded on Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, because justice does matter. Those questions, they matter.”

Portnoy then asked what specifically was the “crime,” which McEnany reiterated was the leaking of Flynn’s name to the press in January 2017.

She then laid out other moments from Obama officials.

“if you want to start talking about wrongdoing in the administration, I’m happy to go through Andy McCabe leaking to The Wall Street Journal and then lying about it, happy to talk about James Clapper lying before Congress, saying the NSA does not monitor phone calls. That was an inaccuracy, to say the least, if not a lie,” McEnany listed. “And John Brennan telling Congress that the bogus Steele dossier played no role in the Russia probe, when, in fact, we know it did and was the basis of attaining FISA warrants. So there’s a lot of mistruths there that were said, many of them under oath, so I would point you to those and the many other real questions that I hope you all will pursue.”

The CBS News Radio reporter then pressed McEnany if the individuals she listed were the people the president thought should be “in jail,” but she pushed back, insisting that journalists should look into what she “laid out.”

“That is, after all, the job of reporters, to answer the very questions that I’ve laid out, and I hope you guys will take the time to do it,” McEnany told Portnoy.

Questions About State Department's'China First' Shipment

Questions ‘China First’ Shipment
by Michelle Malkin
Creators Syndicate
Copyright 2020
A little less than two weeks past, the U.S. State Department made a curious announcement that suggests President Trump’s”America First” administration put”China First” in a crucial moment during the burgeoning Wuhan pandemic.
This week I requested the State Department in regards to the controversy –and the nonresponsive and vague answers I received from a Foggy Bottom spokesperson on background raise more questions than they answer.
The Feb. 7, 2020 press statement attributed to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is headlined:”The United States Announces Assistance to Combat the Novel Coronavirus.” That week, we’re advised, the State Department”eased the transportation of nearly 17.8 tons of donated medical equipment to the Chinese people, such as masks, gowns, gauze, respirators, and other critical materials. These donations are a testament to the generosity of the American men and women.”
Whoa, whoa, whoa. Nearly 18 heaps of medical supplies that were crucial went to the Communist government whose nation unleashed COVID-19 around the planet penalized whistleblowers who cautioned it and attacked critics worldwide as racist? Whose idea was that this”generosity?” Which”American people” approved this plan? Was the help solicited or unsolicited? I requested our government.
The response:”We don’t have any additional details right now.”
The press statement elaborated further that”the United States government is declaring it is ready to invest around $100 million in existing funds to assist China and other affected countries… to contain and combat the book coronavirus. This commitment–along with all the hundreds of millions generously donated by the American private sector–illustrates powerful U.S. leadership in reaction to the outbreak”
How much of this”around $100 million” was spent to assist China instead of the American people as Feb. 7, I requested our authorities.
The response: No response.
So were the 18 tons of medical goods hauled: Air or sea? If by sea, on transported to China and when and where did they arrive? If by air, which the merchandise hauled and if and where did they arrive?
(I asked about sending since U.S. Department of Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao’s family owns the New York-based multinational delivery behemoth, Foremost Group. The mega-fleet was constructed in China, subsidized with loans from the ChiComs’ Export-Import bank and conducts virtually three-quarters of its freight company.
I also asked if any of those valuable medical supply items shipped to China in February were sent straight back to the U.S. included in White House advisor Jared Kushner’s”Project Airbridge” transport of personal protective equipment last weekend from China to New York–such as 130,000 N95 masks, 1.8 million face masks and gowns, even over 10.3 million glasses and over 70,000 thermometers?
Here
“In early February the American people demonstrated their attribute generosity by donating 17.8 tons of medical supplies to help the Chinese men and women contain the impact and stem the spread of COVID-19 from Wuhan to other areas of China and the planet. Samaritan’s Purse, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Intermountain Healthcare, and Boeing provided these donations. Even the State Department facilitated the delivery of the medical equipment to Project HOPE in China on flights that ultimately brought home over 800 American taxpayers back from Wuhan in the outbreak of the pandemic.”
Odd. Really odd. Boeing’s enormous shipment of 250,000 medical masks was reported Jan. 29, over a week before the State Department’s announcement. Side note: Was it”characteristic generosity” or self-serving company connections? The troubled aircraft firm stands to benefit from the China trade deal and has been seeking company after China boycott the past couple of years. Also: Did the company goodwill gesture deprive the American people of PPE resources that are rare? Sure sounds.
LDS’s own press statement about its donations to China was also released Jan. 29 and made no reference of this State Department’s role in facilitating delivery of”220,000 respirator masks, 870 protective goggles along with over 6,500 protective coveralls.” It seems LDS has its own unique relationship with”Project Hope,” a nongovernmental organization that works closely together with the Chinese Ministry of Health. Photos of the LDS church’s PPE fall show LDS volunteers in Shanghai smiling facing a huge wall of 3M boxes full of medical equipment on Feb. 4.
Finally, the red-flag of the State Department mention that a few of the airplanes used to provide these sources to China deserves more probing. Was this entire”charitable” exercise–which sent overseas 18 tons of those very things Americans are now urgently trying to manufacture from paper towels, cushion fabric and bandanas–pay for some sort of COVID-pro-quo?
Inquiring minds should want to understand.

The Grand Farce of American Social Distancing

This week at Colorado, our statewide order was extended until April 26. Gov. Jared Polis urged everybody to put on a mask of any kind while outside. Groceries are limiting customers to a every 120 square feet. For the very first time, my local playground on Tuesday was wrapped in bright yellow”CAUTION” tape. And in Brighton, Colorado, a father was handcuffed in a vacant park by three police officers to playing T-ball together with his 6-year-old daughter and wife.We aren’t a significant nation. The limitations and guidelines are unevenly applied and irrational.
While children’s swings and slides are crime scenes, pickleball courts in my city and golf courses are wide open.
Fast-food outlets and ice cream, dessert joints with delivery and takeout solutions are operating. But sit-down restaurants that have been staples in our neighborhood are forced to shut their doors.
Barbershops and baldness here were arranged to close three weeks ago, but government workers on landscaping crews who cut grass — like the ones I have observed all crammed together in a city truck — are still getting paychecks subsidized by the citizens sidelined in their jobs in the name of security and public health.
And across the nation, private gyms are banned spaces for its masses for weeks. While sanctimoniously taping public service announcements telling everybody to stay in your home but if you’re a star or Beltway elitist, you are still able to stay fit.
Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have been racking up media clicks by working suggestions from their Florida mansion and sharing family quarantine videos that were comfy. “We all need to look after ourselves, emotionally and physically, and also be respectful of their health and well-being of others. At a time when folks need to stay we can still find other ways to feel togetherness. However, this past week, the power couple was caught by paparazzi exiting a Miami fitness center whose front-door sign read:”This fitness center is not open. Stay home stay safe.”
Celebrities Mario Lopez and Mark Wahlberg have become homeschool scenes, sharing dancing patterns, home workouts and quarantine time favorites to reveal their commitment to self-isolation. But this past week, the enthusiast Hollywood bros ventured into a posh Los Angeles F45 Training facility to tape a partner workout together (using a two-person film crew) that they told their audiences to replicate in their flats or backyards.
The personal trainer of supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg whined that before last week, she was working out in the Supreme Court gym that was private. “Everybody’s been shut down,” coach Bryant Johnson told Law360, a legal news and analysis website. “The sole reason why I did not shut down the prosecution is because, hey, she ain’t needing it,” Johnson said.
Translation: We’re not”all in this together,” like the cliched hashtag saying goes. The privileged one of us get VIP gym accessibility during lockdown, while ordinary Americans are cooped up indoors doing pushups from the living space, lunges through the bedroom, makeshift treadmill runs in slick socks across the kitchen floor, and bicep curls using their jugs of laundry detergent.
Until they had been shamed on Nextdoor and other media outlets wealthy LA denizens were still flocking to trendy farmers markets last week. Throngs descended on the D.C. Maine Avenue Fish Market last weekend in defiance of stay-at-home orders. Spring break pupils and mardi Gras partiers formed dinosaurs while police sat in their hands. Philadelphia hoodlums are holding tailgate parties. New York subways stay stuffed with commuters on trains and platforms. But cops at Florida did crack down for holding services in his megachurch, and authorities in New Jersey arrested 15 attendees in an Orthodox Jewish rabbi’s funeral on a pastor in Tampa.
Mandatory mass isolation (or at least the illusion of it) is a efficient way to instill hysteria and disrupt lives but a poor means of actually protecting the most vulnerable. Selective distancing is a useless exercise in virus merit. Either we’re all in or we are all out. You can not blame curve-flattening to”social distancing” if huge swaths of people never practiced it opted out when convenient.
How long must we continue the charade? Public health autocrat Anthony Fauci insists we must keep on living like this before you can find”no fresh cases” and”no new deaths” — and before a vaccine (which his control-freak pal Bill Gates is working overtime to foist on the world) is set up. This is nuts. The zero-cases/zero-deaths standard doesn’t exist for every outbreak. We’re strangling ourselves in CAUTION tape, riddled with holes. Pretense is a pointless cure worse than any infectious disease.

Phyllis Schlafly: Godmother of America First

Hatred never rests. Hollywood has launched a new personality assassination vehicle targeting the late Phyllis Schlafly that was great. “Mrs. America” debuts on FX on Hulu this week using liberal actress Cate Blanchett starring as the traditionalist Catholic conservative activist who conquered the so-called Equal Rights Amendment in the 1970s and went on to helm the powerful Eagle Forum until her death at 92 in 2016.
Blanchett, who served as executive producer on the project, denies any prejudice against points and Schlafly into the refusal to talk as proof of its neutrality of the film staff. But blocking input from those who knew the phenomenal matriarch, attorney and author of more than 20 books conveniently enabled the Tinseltown fable-tellers to fabricate calumnious scenes out of atmosphere — such as a fantastical depiction of Schlafly’s devoted husband, Fred, forcing the feminine conservative pub to have sex against her will.
Together with the few both deceased and loved ones unable to shield their union of 44 decades, nobody and nothing stood in the way of Blanchett and Co. disseminating a cute lie crafted to throw conservative girls as abused captives with no independent bureau behind closed doors.
Anne Schlafly Cori, among the six children of Schlafly and seat of the Eagle Forum , vigorously refuted Blanchett’s depiction of her mum in trailers published before this Wednesday’s premiere. “Phyllis Schlafly was gracious and her beliefs were sincere.
I can testify to this. As a young conservative author in the early 1990s, the Phyllis Schalfly Report influenced my views on feminism, education, multiculturalism and immigration. (For my first newspaper column photo in the Los Angeles Daily News, I emulated her signature bun.) I admired vigilance, personality, grace output, Schlafly’s wisdom and dedication to family. In my travels as a journalist, I met legions of girls inspired by Schlafly to run for statewide and local offices and school board on behalf of faith, their families and state.
Schlafly was down-to-earth in person as her pillar voice and TV debates — and contrary to a Wall Street Journal film fighter’s attack on her”resentment” and”rage,” she was the most bizarre happy warrior with a twinkle in her eyes. Far from the”lone wolf” portrayal of Schlafly in”Mrs. America,” Schlafly was surrounded by old and new proteges and mentees. After publication of my first book,”Invasion,” in 2002, I was honored to get an”Eagle Award” from Schlafly and the Eagle Forum to get”unified leadership in bringing the facts to the American people.” A plaque signed by Schlafly hangs in my home office. I’m just one of thousands of conservative activists, volunteers, elected officials and media personalities that have received the honour since 1972.
The”Mrs. America” that nationalist conservatives celebrate was before the curve on the problems that defined the presidential campaign of Donald Trump, whom she endorsed in March 2016. These days, the new creation of donor-class elites work in backrooms to serve the same”Open Borders Inc.” agenda — and most are embedded in the Trump White House preventing it from within while stabbing American students, workers and taxpayers in the back.
If Pat Buchanan is the godfather of”America First,” Phyllis Schlafly is its godmother. For years, she lambasted globalism, unfair trade deals and border anarchy — earning derision from both the institution left and right in Washington (along with the smear merchants at the Southern Poverty Law Center) as being”racist,” anti-Semitic” and”bigoted.” Highlighting one of the Eagle Forum’s main reports in 2014 on”How Mass (Legal) Immigration Dooms a Conservative Republican Party,” Schlafly called out the cheap foreign labor lobby assessing American workers’ wages.

Importing 1 million fresh foreigners annually whose left-leaning and Dollars voting patterns are unmalleable, in addition to the 20 million illegal immigrants always clamoring for amnesty, is a recipe for both American meltdown and GOP suicide. “Outreach” is unworthy, Schlafly warned, with no”reducing the amount of immigrants allowed into the country each year. If legal immigration isn’t reduced, it will be just about impossible for conservatives to be successful on the issues we care for.”

As ever, Mrs. America’s ferocious emotion is more applicable than ever as major company, large technology, large ag and large academia oppose the will of these people for an immigration moratorium in the era of the ChiCom virus. Hollywood has completed by bringing renewed focus on the wisdom and patriotism of Phyllis 22, the American First motion a priceless favor. Meet it — and it’s up to the rest of us to recover her true legacy.

<p>CDC: Centers for Damaged Credibility </p>

by Michelle Malkin
Creators Syndicate
Copyright 2020
I Believe where most sane Men and Women are on the outbreak I am:
–Concerned but not panicked.
–Calm but not apathetic.
–Taking reasonable precautions but staying skeptical of what most of the supposedly”best specialists” here in america are telling us about every part of their belated emergency management and response (especially due to their pimping of vaccine development to prevent the disease).
Below are some simple, nonhysterical facts: The U.S. Centers for Disease Control is a bloated federal government agency with a long history of incompetence, fraud, secrecy, mission creep and shady alliances with both social justice triggers on both left and private corporations on the large business right. The elites who have occupied offices that are top at the people complex are hostile to public scrutiny when clamoring for budgets. Their recommendations have often been detrimental to citizens’ well-being and freedom.
And, yes, lots there are rabidly anti-conservative and anti-Trump.
Cognitively impaired and truth-challenged Joe Biden made the claim during last week’s Democratic debate that these supposed”Draconian cuts” place Americans in danger. However, Trump’s budget proposal hasn’t been enacted, and funds was increased by Congress .
At nearly $7 billion, the yearly budget of CDC is more than 200% larger than it had. In addition to that, a dishonest big business lobbying group called Corporate Friends of CDC has raised hundreds of millions of supplemental dollars — that raises problems. In 2007,” Sen. Tom Coburn’s fiscal audit of the bureau found crude expenses including CDC syphilis prevention funds invested to host a”safe-sex” event with a porn star, CDC HIV/AIDS prevention funds spent a transgender beauty pageant, and $45 million in CDC funds spent conferences featuring prostitutes, protests and beach parties.
The bureau been captured flat-footed on outbreak. They squander untold countless other health threats in favor of pushing gun control and grandma state hobby horses (TV violence, helmet legislation, video games, anti-bullying attempts and explicit sex education, for example). CDC has one job — Disease Control — but has managed to botch it without ever learning from failures. Let me remind you of some of the CDC’s long history of:
–The infamous 1976 swine flu vaccine scandal was catalyzed by mass hysteria whipped up by CDC junk scientists clamoring for more cash; Congress obliged and nearly 45 million Americans were unnecessarily jabbed using a vaccine for a disease which had fizzled by the time the shots were ready. The vaccine resulted in a heightened risk of developing Guillain-Barre syndrome — resulting in muscular weakness and paralysis.

In 2000, the bureau basically lied to Congress about the way that it spent around $7.5 million earmarked annually since 1993 for study on the deadly hantavirus. “Instead, seemingly without requesting Congress, the CDC spent much of the money on other programs that the agency believed needed the funds more,” The Washington Post revealed at the time. The diversions were impossible to trace because of CDC bookkeeping practices that are Terrible.
In 2009, the CDC recalled 800,000 doses of flu vaccine for children ages 6 months to 3 years after the goods made by Sanofi Pasteur failed effectiveness tests.
In 2012, the CDC’s most important building housing infectious anthrax, SARS and monkeypox gases had been found to have been leaking pathogens due to a flawed engineered airflow system.
In 2014, while sick, the CDC’s lackadaisical response to Ebola virus gave the greenlight to medical personnel that were infected and Patient Zero Thomas Eric Duncan to board commercial airlines — exposing numbers of travelers to the deadly disease. Expensive isolation chambers which was subsidized by taxpayers to the tune of $15 million sat buried at a Georgia warehouse.
–For the last couple of years, the bureau has employed a fear campaign to induce Americans to get routine flu shots (formulated according to guesswork) using flawed statistics and despite international scientific decisions that there’s”no evidence” to support the CDC’s assumptions that the vaccine reduces transmission of this virus or the danger of potentially deadly complications.
–Only this week, the Informed Consent Action Network reported astounding consequences from its litigation against the CDC to acquire scientific documentation for the bureau’s claim that”vaccines do not cause autism” — especially for its initial seven vaccines given to your child in their first six months of life. CDC had stonewalled, and then finally generated 20 studies — 18 of which have been insignificant to the public records request of ICAN and 2 of which suggest that vaccines may indeed bring about autism.
As if to underscore my point about this bureau’s misdirected priorities and rank political pandering, the CDC manager this week saw it more urgent to condemn Republicans as bisexual for accurately describing the origins of this virus in Wuhan, China, than to perform his job.
Informed analysis: The”best people” — who have now been rewarded with over $8.3 billion in new”emergency funding” — are not in charge.
